Young Buck - The Taped Conversation
Former G-Unit member Young Buck has struck back at 50 Cent for releasing a taped phone conversation of an emotional talk between the two.
Young Buck said during the tearful conversation that he would never write a diss song about the G-Unit boss, but that no longer seems to be the case.
On Wednesday afternoon, the Straight Outta Cashville rapper retaliated with a record called “Taped Conversation.”
Here are some excerpts from the song: “Bitch niggas do bitch thangs/ Look at 50, what he do just to get fame/ Record my phone call when I spoke from the heart/ That was a year ago, this was a joke from the start/ You a ho, I know/ The only people that record conversations is 5-0.”

After former G-Unit member Young Buck blasted 50 Cent and G-Unit at a concert in Tampa earlier this week, the G-Unit boss released an audio tape of Young Buck crying on the phone and apologizing for “getting out of line”. Here’s the scoop:
Buck seemingly sobbed on the phone to 50, apologizing for any uncalled-for comments or actions he may have committed and basically pleaded to be back in the family. 50 coddled him as Buck went on about serious financial difficulties with the IRS. 50 told him everything was going to be all right, he just had to “stay close.”

Young Buck: “Fuck G-Unit!”
June 16th, 2008 | Posted in Celebrity Gossip, Music, We Got To Do Better

During a performance in Tampa, Young Buck launched a scathing attack on his former G-Unit family. Here’s the scoop:
After a fan shouted to Young Buck “G-Unit nigga!” Young Buck snarled right back saying “Fuck G-Unit!” Buck continued to speak with the crowd and clarified his position on the royalty comments that started the whole incident.
“When I said that I hadn’t received a royalty check, I wasn’t saying that 50 Cent took money from me. I said it because it is real!” Buck explained to the crowd. “All that you see on me is street money and show money.”
Young Buck has been adamant that all the money G-Unit has reportedly made has yet to hit the pockets of the Cashville emcee.
“Niggas are saying they have all this money – hundreds of millions - and I ain’t seen shit!”
After stirring the crowd up, Buck then went to explain that he will be alright without 50 Cent and made sure the crowd understood the differences between a 50 and a Buck.
“The difference between me and 50 Cent is that I can hit the gutter and get back in the streets. There’s a thousand dope boys that would give me every piece of work that they got. I can get right back out here with my people and get mine. I doubt 50 can go back and do the same.”

50 Cent Is Getting High Off Life
April 22nd, 2008 | Posted in Celebrity Gossip, Crack Kills, Music, Videos
Rap superstar 50 Cent recently sat down with MTV News to discuss former G-Unit member Young Buck’s retort record, “My Interview,” which addressed allegations about Buck’s supposed drug habits. Here’s the scoop:
“I knew he was gonna do that,” 50 reiterated on Sunday on the Brooklyn set of the G-Unit’s videos for “I Like the Way She Do It” and “Rider Pt. 2.”
“Well, Buck, he doesn’t think very clear,” Fif added. “He has things to help him not think clear — not using a sober mind when you’re doing things. I knew he would do that first, because he felt if he mentioned the things that people said he did in a song, it would defuse [perceptions of him]. He said, ‘Yeah, I sip syrup. Yeah, I did this. I did things wrong.’ If you say it in the music, [the fans] can accept it, because they had stars prior to this use drugs. They don’t have a problem with Amy Winehouse. There is a lot of other rock stars who use drugs and shit like that. I don’t see how they would feel that that’s unacceptable. Some of their favorite rappers are sipping syrup. Me, personally, I don’t do it. I’m getting high off the situation of accomplishing my goals.”
50 also discussed his mistakes in dealing with Young Buck and The Game, saying, “I blame myself for overextending myself. I didn’t have to treat them like they family.”

Young Buck Responds To 50 Cent’s Drug Allegations

Young Buck - My Interview
Young Buck has responded to 50 Cent’s allegations that drug problems (including cocaine and syrup) and inconsistent behavior were among the reasons why he was kicked out of G-Unit.
The former G-Unit soldier opens up about some of the recent issues in his new song, “My Interview.”
He raps in the opening verse, “Damn right I’m sipping syrup, flipping birds to get what I deserve.
“And I hear the same things that you heard/ That ‘50 kicked him out’ or ‘Buck sniffs coke and he flips out’/ It’s too late, the whole world know what I be about/ Shit, I do make mistakes like any other man/ Shit, I recoup off an album, quicker than you can … Am I loyal? Dr. Dre can answer that for ya.”
Young Buck goes on to make biblical references to Cain and Abel. He even ends the song with a sermon-like rhyme, admitting, “I had my hand and nose in the ‘D.’”

50 Cent Kicks Young Buck Out Of G-Unit
April 7th, 2008 | Posted in Celebrity Gossip, Music, Roided Up, Stop The Madness

50 Cent has revealed that Young Buck is no longer in G-Unit, but would still record for the label.
He told DJ Envy on the Hot 97 Morning Show with Miss Jones: “You can look at it and see that’s Game [former G-Unit rapper] all the way. I was giving him a chance, giving him the benefit of the doubt [to remain with the group].
“You can take this as an official notice right here – pretty much you can say: Young Buck is no longer in the group G-Unit, but signed to G-Unit [Records] as a solo artist.”
G-Unit has gone through many line-up changes, but it’s finally back to the original members of the group; 50 Cent, Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks.

50 Cent Is The World’s Most Generous Boss
April 2nd, 2008 | Posted in Celebrity Gossip, Don't Be Jealous, Music, Stop The Madness

Rap superstar 50 Cent recently sat down with MTV News to discuss the current state of G-Unit. During the interview, he revealed “each person in G-Unit has earned over $10 million in their career at this point.”
He said: “Outside of the guys that didn’t release product — M.O.P., Spider Loc, Olivia — the guys that had their project go out physically. I didn’t say they have $10 million, I said they’ve seen $10 million. What they did with their paper, I don’t know.”
The G-Unit boss also said that rumors that he and Young Buck have actual beef have been blown out of proportion.
He explained: “I think you have to give them something to blow it out of proportion. Buck did that. I think that what he was saying, in order to validate himself as a man, he feels he has to go against what I’m doing, similar to some of the things we’ve seen from Game … [But then] he’ll back off of it, when we’re in direct conversation. When he’s out in public, he’ll say something. They’re like my younger brothers, but they’ll do shit for attention. They’ll do things, then when I look like, ‘What are you doing?’ They’ll be like, ‘Oh, nah, because you was doing this. … Because you didn’t call me when you were on the international tour.’ I’m like, ‘Are you kidding me? You didn’t call neither, so what does that mean?’”

The Nastiest Love Triangle Ever
November 13th, 2007 | Posted in Celebrity Gossip

Young Buck claims he was still effin’ Trina while she was with Lil Wayne.
Now to the scandalous: Everyone is quiet familiar with 50’s line in “Fully Loaded Clip,” in which he raps, “When Trina was telling [Lil] Wayne, ‘I love you, boo’/ She was running games, she told Buck that too.” Buck insists it’s all gospel.
“It’s the truth, it’s the f—ing truth! 50 is not f—ing lying,” Buck proclaimed. “You want me to tell you the truth? I’mma tell you the truth. I was messing with her while she was messing with [Wayne]. I would hear him on the phone [in the background] every now and then while she’s laying right there. She knows it. 50 ain’t doing nothing but speaking the truth.”
