Actress Jessica Alba and R&B star Alicia Keys show off their beautiful smiles as they enjoy a friendly game of “Operation” during a taping of MTV’s TRL at MTV Studios in New York City on Tuesday.

Alicia, who looked absolutely fabulous in a sexy blue number, stopped by to promote her new album, As I Am, which is in stores now.
