Ne-Yo has filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against R. Kelly for breach of contract.

The So Sick hitmaker says he had an “oral agreement” to open for R. Kelly a minimum of 25 concerts, but he was kicked off the tour after just two shows in mid-November.

The young R&B singer claims that he was set to earn $785,000 before R. Kelly flew into a jealous rage, which resulted in his dismissal from the “Double Up” tour.

This lawsuit only adds to R. Kelly’s growing list of legal woes, as he is due to stand trial for child pornography charges in May.
