Foxy Brown has been arrested for smacking her neighbor upside the head with her Blackberry cell phone. Foxy turned herself in to detectives at the 77 Precinct at around 2:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon to be booked on felony assault, menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon. Foxy was arraigned last night and released on $5,000 bail. Her next court date is September 26.
