Just wait till Jay-Z sees this! Beyonce “experienced” a close encounter with a pervert, while attending a press conference before the first Shanghai concert of her “Beyonce Experience 2007 World Tour” on November 5, 2007 in Shanghai, China.
During the press conference, the Bootylicious singer was presented with a plaque to signify the success of B’Day (or lack thereof).
