R&B superstar Rihanna is set to be the latest celebrity to launch her own clothing line.
The Disturbia hitmaker, who is frequently seen at runway shows, has confirmed she is working on her own range of clothes following her successful branding of umbrella’s earlier this year.
She tells fashion publication WWD at the Gucci SS09 show in Milan, “I can’t say when it will be released, but it’s definitely going to happen. I’m not one to rush into anything. I want to take my time.”
Earlier this year, the 20-year-old Barbados beauty hinted that fashion design may be in her future, saying, “There might be a clothing line on the horizon, maybe underwear.”
The singer also took part in a project earlier this year called, “Fashion Against Aids,” in which she teamed up with retail chain H&M to design a range of casual wear that included hoodies and T-shirts.
