Naomi Campbell has been hospitalized in Brazil, after suffering from an infection.
The supermodel is being treated by one of the country’s top infection specialist at Sao Paulo’s Sirio Libanes hospital.
She underwent four-and-a-half-hours of surgery to remove a small cyst, and is now recovering.
A statement from her PR people said, “Naomi Campbell was admitted to hospital (on Monday night) to have a small cyst removed.
“Following the successful procedure, she is now resting and is looking forward to getting back to work.
“She would like to thank the doctors who have kindly looked after her.”
