Serena Williams was spotted attending the launch of Hewlett-Packard Pavilion notebook computers in New Delhi, India.

The tennis star sashayed her way across the stage in a very short red dress, which barely covered the tops of her thighs.

She’s got some nerve, doesn’t she? Walking around in a short & skimpy dress is not the business!
