Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are engaged to be married.

Access Hollywood is reporting that sources close to the couple have confirmed the engagement.

Rumors that the two were engaged began last week when Mariah was seen wearing a sparkling diamond ring on her wedding finger at the NYC premiere of her upcoming film Tennessee.

When asked on the red carpet what he loved about Mariah, Nick told People Magazine, “Everything.”
