Kanye West was unaware of his mother’s plans to undergo plastic surgery and is “in denial” about her unexpected death, according to the New York Daily News.
A family friend says, “I don’t think Kanye was aware Donda was getting the surgery, or certainly the extent of it. He loved and supported her just the way she was. He thought she was beautiful. (But) Donda had image issues, like a lot of women.”
Dr. Donda West’s funeral has been scheduled to take place in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Tuesday, November 20.
