On Monday, Britney Spears turned herself in to LAPD to face misdemeanor charges of hit and run (from an incident in Aug) and driving without a valid license.
Brit walked into the Van Nuys Valley jail wearing a black mini dress, black leather jacket, large designer sunglasses and sporting silver chains around her neck.
Officer Mike Lopez said, “At around 9:00 PM Miss Britney Spears checked into the Van Nuys County Jail for a court ordered booking. She was put through standard booking procedures which included booking photographs, fingerprinting and collection of information. Britney was at all time cooperative in the process. She was there approximately 45 minutes.”
She was never put in a holding cell and her behavior was described as polite and courteous to officers.
Wow, Brit really knows how to avoid the nut house. You give those cops a slice of humble pie and they eat it every time (especially when your name is Britney “Upskirt” Spears).
