Britney Spears: I Blame The Paparazzi

Britney Spears’ attorney is hoping the authorities investigating his client’s driving misdemeanors will take into account she’s always on the run from the paparazzi in spite of her constant need for attention.

Michael Flanagan argues Britney is always driven to distraction by the flashbulbs going off in her face! Well, if she cut back on the crappuccino this wouldn’t be a problem!

Brit was booked on the charges in Van Nuys, California on Monday night and now faces a court date on October 25.

Flanagan says, “Remember, she’s surrounded by 30, 40, 50 photographers taking her picture. There’s a little bit of distraction and she’s concentrating on more things than her driving.”

In other words, Britney Spears is far too busy thinking about her acceptance speech for the Mother of the Year award to be bothered with oncoming traffic (a la parked cars)!
