The marriage of R&B superstar Beyoncé Knowles and hip-hop mogul Jay-Z is official.
The couple, who have yet to publicly acknowledge their April 4 nuptials, filed a signed wedding license on Friday in Scarsdale, New York, according to a spokesperson for that village’s clerk’s office.
He told the press on Tuesday, “The license was sent back to our office on Friday.”
The newlyweds applied for the license just three days before the ceremony, which was attended by family and friends. Hopefully, this news will encourage the pair to step out with their new jewelry.
