Lindsay Lohan’s former neighbors are trying to stop her from moving back into the Los Angeles neighborhood she terrorized last summer.
The actress joined the Hollywood DUI club while living in Sunset Boulevard’s Sierra Towers, and angered residents by hosting late night parties and flooding ex-boyfriend Harry Morton’s condominium in the complex.
A tenant tells PageSix.com, “She was a disgrace when she lived here, no respect for the other tenants. I’d be leaving for work early in the morning and I would see her staggering in drunk.”
The supposedly sober star was spotted drinking champagne at a New Year’s party in Italy, prompting a spokesperson to confirm she had slipped on her vow to remain alcohol-free.

I think Sierra Towers can sleep soundly. She’s broke and no rational soul is going to hire her again. The long, terrible night is finally over.

Unless of course she is offered a role as a fifty year old hooker with herpes and booze farts in a major blockbuster movie. But then, we have Dina to fill that role.
