Amy Winehouse’s father has revealed that his daughter plans to quit drugs for good when she decides to become a mother.
Mitch Winehouse, who recently claimed his train wreck of a daughter was desperate to start a family, told Closer magazine, “When it comes to Amy, I’m hopeful. I think she’ll be fine, and if Blake’s out of prison in a year, they’ll be having a family.
“She’s making progress. She wants kids and knows she can’t be taking drugs, or the baby would be addicted - she wouldn’t do that.”
The troubled star was taken to hospital yesterday after fainting at her London home. She is expected to be discharged today.
