Britney Spears has been caught out and about in Los Angeles in the early hours of Thursday morning, after claiming she was too sick to attend her court-ordered deposition.
The pop princess was supposed to give her deposition in her ongoing custody trial at the L.A. offices of her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan at 10AM on Wednesday morning.
When Britney failed to show up, Kaplan was told that she had a “general (medical) condition”, and she could not attend.
A new date for Britney’s deposition has been selected, but not made public. I wonder what excuse Brit’s going to come up with next.

I know she just looks so ill, I can see how she couldn’t make it to court, to do her deposition, to help get cutody of her children. I know it looks lke she is driving a round havinf fun, but if you look real close you can see just how ill she is.
