Britney Spears Loses Custody of Kids

The “secret witness” Gloria Allred brought to Britney and Kevin Federline custody hearing today testified about Brit’s drug use and nudity after rehab.
Neither Brit’s nor KFed’s attorneys chose to cross-examine him. His declaration went “unrefuted and unchallenged.”
Tony Barretto, a former bodyguard of Britney Spears said he came forward because being a father himself he became extremely concerned for the safety of Jayden James and Sean Preston.
Oh, and in case anyone cares, Fox News is reporting that Britney Spears will be losing custody of her kids to Kevin Federline.
