Rap superstar 50 Cent has further fueled a war of words between he and the mother of his child, claiming she has “kidnapped” his son Marquise in a recent interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine.
The rapper insists the war of words began when his ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins started receiving bad advice from her friends, and asking for more child support to match the 1.5 million home 50 bought her.
The battle led to the G-Unit boss winning a court order to evict Ms. Tompkins from the Long Island residence, was recently destroyed in what police have called a “suspicious” fire.
50 Cent says, “Her lawyer decided to present to the public that 50 Cent is kicking his son out of the house.”
Since the blaze, Ms. Tompkins has fled with the 50’s son, as she battles for custody and more child support.
He adds, “Now they done kidnapped my first one. My son’s mother got him, holding him hostage.”

50 Cent’s Baby Mama Files Restraining Order, Rapper Strikes Back With Defamation Suit

Rap superstar 50 Cent has been hit with a restraining order from his baby’s mother Shaniqua Tompkins, but struck back at her with a $20 million defamation lawsuit.
According to the temporary restraining order, the rapper will be required to forfeit all firearms and stay at “curbside” when picking up and dropping off his 11-year-old son Marquise.
He’s also not allowed to be on any premises where Shaniqua is, but there’s no distance specified.
Shaniqua’s lawyer Paul Catsandonis said, “Threats have been made against my client and she needs to take the proper safeguards to protect herself and her family.”
Meanwhile, 50 Cent’s lawyers have served Shaniqua with a $20 million defamation suit in Connecticut court for accusing the rapper of burning down his own house, and trying to kill her and their son.
In response to the defamation lawsuit, Catsandonis said he is also considering filing a countersuit claiming defamation against his client.

50 Cent Sues His Baby’s Mama For Defamation

Rap superstar 50 Cent is preparing a defamation lawsuit against his baby’s mother for claiming he caused the fire that burned down her Long Island mansion last month.
The In Da Club hitmaker was accused of starting the fire himself in an attempt to force Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of his 11-year-old son Marquise, out of the house.
Shortly after the fire, Shaniqua told the press: “He tried to kill me and his own child. I know this came from 50 Cent.”
But 50 Cent has dismissed the accusations, and his lawyers are now preparing to take action against Shaniqua.
His attorney Brett Kimmel says, “There comes a point where you can no longer sit on your hands and listen to her spread these falsehoods. Besides hurting his reputation, they have a damaging impact on their son.”
In a petition filed in Suffolk County Family court, 50 alleges Shaniqua has “made it practically impossible” for him to speak with or see his son.
The rapper says Marquise’s cell phone had been destroyed in the fire, so he sent his son a new one. However, Shaniqua has “failed and refused to give the cell phone to Marquise. The only way (50) can communicate with his son is to call (Tompkins’) cell phone.”
The petition claims that this is a “willful violation” of their custody agreement, and requests that the courts address the situation. 50’s legal team is scheduled to argue the case in court on Friday.
