A new will.i.am music video celebrating Barack Obama’s election as the 44th President of the United States will be premiered on “The Oprah Winfrey Show”. His representative broke the news to the Associated Press, saying that the Chicago-based show will debut the video on Friday, November 7th.

The Black Eyed Peas star called on his fellow celebrities to mark the monumental election by contributing to the project.

“This was inspired by America. It’s about Obama winning, and really paying tribute to those people who are responsible for that happening, and that’s the American people,” the My Humps hitmaker said. “The whole thing is really for people to leave testimonials… to create a page and leave testimonials on how they feel about this American accomplishment.”

will.i.am became a part of 2008 election saga when he released the video “Yes We Can” in February to millions of viewers on YouTube. Several stars including Ryan Phillippe, John Legend and Scarlet Johansson appeared in the video reciting lines from an Obama speech over will.i.am’s music.

Obama also assured Americans who do not vote for him that “I may not have won your votes tonight, but I hear your voices. I need your help and I will be your president too,” he said.

Mariah Carey
Mariah Carey has been left with a broken heart after she had to give up eating her favorite food, macaroni and cheese.

The R&B diva said the meal was her “comfort food” and that she found it most difficult to replace the delicious dish with her new diet plan.

Speaking to Oprah Winfrey, Mariah revealed, “It broke my heart. That’s the thing that I have difficulty letting go of because that’s comfort food. So basically I’m uncomfortable.”

Mariah also revealed that her current jean size is the same as when she was at high school thanks to her new diet, which reportedly helped her lose 30 lbs.

She said, “My jean size went down to my 10th grade size. I got tired of people telling me, ‘You need to lose weight’. That’s what inspired me.

“For me, it’s not about a number on a scale. It’s not about necessarily even a size. It’s about feeling good and being comfortable in your own skin. Right now, I feel really great. I feel better than I’ve ever felt.”

Snoop Dogg
Snoop Dogg has no love for Oprah Winfrey after she called him out on his womanizing ways.

Last year, Oprah claimed the rap superstar was responsible for the degradation of women through hip-hop.

But Snoop Dogg doesn’t believe her accusations were accurate, and would like the opportunity to defend himself on her show.

He says, “I don’t like her no more. I really was offended, because I kind of like her. Liked her. I’m very articulate, very intellectual. She didn’t even get a chance to even know me.”

And Snoop Dogg insists that his womanizing ways are a thing of the past, as his new work “is for the women” to make up for his past remarks.

He adds, “(I want to) give the ladies something, because I’ve been so mean and so rude.”

Oprah Leaves Stedman Out Of Her Will

January 10th, 2008 | Posted in Celebrity Gossip, Television

Oprah Winfrey and Stedman Graham
Oprah Winfrey has sparked rumors her relationship with Stedman Graham is in trouble after leaving him out of her will.

The talk-show queen recently drew up her will, leaving none of her $2 billion fortune to her partner of 21 years in the event of her passing, according to MSNBC’s The Scoop.

Instead, the media mogul has decided to leave her money to several charities and the three daughters she hopes to adopt.

A source says, “(Adoption) is something she has always wanted to do.

“There’s no talk of her adopting the children with Stedman - this is something she’s going to do by herself.”

What a shame! Oprah could have at least let Stedman keep the guest house! I guess 21 years of good loving from Stedman doesn’t amount to much!
