Mariah Carey Talks About Stripping Down For Christmas

Newlywed Mariah Carey has revealed that she likes to celebrate the holiday season by stripping down with her closest friends.
The singer, who married actor Nick Cannon earlier this year, is looking forward to her first Christmas as a wife. “I always get Santa lingerie, even if nobody sees it,” the 39-year-old tells Redbook magazine for its December issue. “But this year it will be appreciated!”
Stripping down for Xmas is apparently a Mariah Carey holiday tradition. “[My girlfriends and I] go in the hot tub in our Christmas bikinis, then roll in the fresh snow and jump back in,” says the pop diva, whose Yuletide swimwear usually consists of “a red bikini with a Santa hat.”
However, that doesn’t mean the “Touch My Body” hitmaker isn’t excited about starting new holiday traditions with Nick Cannon. “I’m really looking forward to being in love on Christmas,” she says. “The holidays are always great, but being in love … is going to be the icing on the cake.”

Mariah Carey Made Nick Cannon Wait Until Marriage Before Having Sex

Soul diva Mariah Carey has revealed that she abstained from having sex with now hubby Nick Cannon until they were married.
The pop superstar, who started dating the rapper/actor in February and married him in the Bahamas in April after just two months of knowing him, told Britain’s Daily Mirror that the wait was well worth it.
She said, “It’s not that we had no intimacy. It’s just me, and my feelings. I definitely don’t want to push it on anybody else. But we both have similar beliefs, and I just thought that it would be so much more special if we waited until after we were married. And it was, and it still is.”
As the celebrity couple celebrates their six-month anniversary, the “I’ll Be Lovin’ U Long Time” hitmaker has declared she has never been happier.

Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Wearing Matching Halloween Costumes

Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon held an exclusive Halloween costume party at Marquee in New York City on October 30th, 2008.
The happily married couple dressed in matching outfits and made a smoking hot entrance at the party, which doubled as a celebration for their six-month wedding anniversary.
The Touch My Body singer wore a red jeweled bra, a velour scarlet skirt and some silky red thigh-high stockings under a fireman’s jacket. She completed the look with a New York fire department hat, a reflective belt and a pair of PVC boots. Her 28-year-old husband also dressed up as a fireman, but took the role very seriously, wearing the full and official fire department uniform.
After a quick costume change, the 38-year-old singer came out dressed as a chocolate chip cookie. “It’s just like a two-piece little number, and it’s made out of the chocolate chip cookie fabric. Then you have actual cookies sewn on,” Mariah told Us Weekly magazine. Nick was, of course, the milk carton. …on the edge of your seat? Keep reading!

Mariah Carey Downplays Rumors Of Marriage Problems

R&B superstar Mariah Carey has denied speculation that her marriage to actor Nick Cannon is on the rocks.
Rumors have been swirling that the couple, who wed in April after a whirlwind six-week romance, have already started experiencing relationship troubles.
However, the Touch My Body hitmaker insisted that her “life is beautiful”, telling MTV: “[When I hear that] things are rocky and hazy and messed up… I’m like, ‘Why would we have gotten married to do that?’
“People are going to say what they say, but what would be the purpose? I guess other people do those things for a purpose, but I don’t know. I’m ecstatic, so be ecstatic with me! Be happy with me. Can we celebrate?”

Could there be trouble in paradise for Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey?
Life & Style Magazine reports: Nick Cannon worked on the set of wife Mariah Carey’s video shoot for her single “I’ll Be Lovin’ U Long Time” in Oahu, Hawaii, on June 9. But instead of co-starring as Mariah’s love interest, Nick, 27, assisted the pop star between takes.
Some close to the couple fear Nick’s subservient status is a sign the couple’s union is headed for trouble. “I give the marriage six months, tops,” reveals an insider close to Mariah. “I can’t see it lasting.”
When asked to give her opinion on the quickie marriage of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, Divorce Court’s Judge Lynn Toler said, “In general three to four weeks is not enough time…if they are that in love they can wait 6 months.”

Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Are Planning A Nursery

Mariah Carey and new husband Nick Cannon have sparked rumors they’re set to start a family, after reports surfaced the newlyweds are already planning a nursery.
According to the New York Daily News newspaper, the pop diva’s assistant called L.A.’s exclusive Petit Tresor baby boutique to talk about preparing for a new addition.
A source said that the assistant asked the store if they could send fabric samples and if its designers could work with the theme of - you guessed it - butterflies!
The Petit staff is now sending the pair pictures of the nursery they just finished for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s twins.
However, despite the preparations, the Touch My Body singer’s manager, Benny Medina, insists the 38-year-old is not pregnant. …on the edge of your seat? Keep reading!

The newlyweds attended the party for Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World on Thursday night in NYC.
Mimi wore a silver minidress on stage during her 10:30 p.m. performance at the Lincoln Center.

The pop diva recently dismissed reports that she never had a pre-nup in place before last month’s “very impulsive” wedding, reportedly telling a friend, “Anyone who thinks we didn’t have a pre-nup is smoking something!”

Pop superstar Mariah Carey and actor Nick Cannon have been married after impulsively tying the knot during a small ceremony on an island, according to Latina magazine.
The wedding was attended by a few close friends of the couple, including rapper Da Brat.
Nick was previously engaged to Victoria’s Secret model Selita Ebanks in 2007. However, the pair called off the engagement that same year.
Rumor has it that the engagement ring Nick Cannon gave Mariah Carey was the same one he gave Selita Ebanks. What a shame!!!
