Thousands of family, friends and fans gathered to say their final goodbyes to the late, great Pimp C of rap duo UGK on Thursday.

Bun B, Bishop Don Magic Juan, Chamillionaire, J. Prince, Mike Jones, Slim Thug, LeToya Luckett, 8Ball and MJG showed up to pay respect to Pimp C at the Robert A. Bowers Civic Center in his hometown of Port Arthur, Texas.

The two-hour ceremony included heartfelt eulogies read by the mayor of Port Arthur and Pimp C’s mother Weslyn Monroe, who said her son was in heaven with fellow late rap superstar Tupac Shakur.

She said, “He’s up there and he told them the Soooouth is here! He told ‘Pac to take a break because C got it for now.”

Rap star Chamillionaire said, “You hear so many Southern artists and hear their styles and the influence that Pimp C and Bun B had on the whole culture.

“We’re created off of them. It’s a very, very big loss to the hip-hop community and you are going to see the impact globally.”

Brittany Murphy
Brittany Murphy was there looking as gorgeous as ever in an all-black ensemble.

Eva Longoria
This look is so wrong for Eva Longoria. She wore a pink and red mini-dress with sparkly sequins and a pair of black peep-toe heels. I love the shoes, but that dress is a total Monet: pretty from far away, but up close, it’s a big mess!

Kerry Washington
This is Kerry Washington showing off her legs in a navy heart shaped number. Fabulous!

LeToya Luckett
LeToya Luckett is looking beautiful as usual. I love the heels!
