Kevin Federline has praised ex-wife Britney Spears for her quick thinking, following their son Jayden James’ overnight hospitalization.
The two-year-old was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre on Sunday and doctors concluded he had an allergic reaction to “something he ingested.”
The singer took the boy home on Monday night, and ex-husband Kevin Federline is happy with the youngster’s swift medical treatment.
“We’re pleased that someone was aware enough to see that he was having some sort of reaction and do what was necessary to make sure there were no chances taken and got Jayden to the appropriate facility and got the appropriate evaluation to be timely,” a lawyer for K-Fed tells E!.
“I don’t anticipate there being a hearing. I anticipate that Kevin and Britney as concerned parents will exchange information and satisfy themselves that what happened was a freak occurrence and do what they have to do to make sure that it doesn’t happen again.”

Britney Spears’ Son Rushed To Hospital After Seizure

Britney Spears’ son Jayden James has been admitted to a hospital in Mississippi after reportedly suffering a suspected seizure.
The two-year-old was rushed to the emergency room at the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre on Sunday afternoon after he apparently collapsed at the pop princess’ family home, which is 25 miles away from her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.
A source tells Daily Mail, “One minute Britney and her sons were relaxing and enjoying their first visit to Kentwood in months, and the next minute Jayden had fallen ill.
“He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialed an ambulance. But she was told it would take half an hour to arrive, and she was best trying to get Jayden to the hospital herself.”
Jayden James, the singer’s second son with ex-husband Kevin Federline, was said to have been “kept in hospital overnight for observations”. K-Fed is now reportedly planning to fly out from his home in Los Angeles to join his ex-wife at their son’s hospital bedside.
The source added, “We don’t yet know what’s wrong with him. Britney was insistent that she wouldn’t leave him. She asked for a bed to be made up in the same room so she could be there at his side.”

Britney Spears and her boys were spotted arriving in Kentwood, Louisiana on Friday morning.
The “Womanizer” hitmaker headed back home for a little hometown relaxation with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. They are expected to stay there for a week.
This marks the first time the singer was able to bring her boys home since losing custody rights to ex-husband Kevin Federline earlier this year.

Pop superstar Britney Spears is reportedly reigniting with her paparazzo ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.
The National Enquirer reports that the Womanizer hitmaker has been in constant contact with her former flame in hopes of rekindling their love.
“Britney and Adnan are constantly on the phone or text-messaging each other,” an insider revealed. “Britney gets excited when he calls or texts because he lavishes her with compliments. Adnan searches the Internet for photos of her and then calls and comments on her outfits and her hair, and she loves it. She also wears the promise ring he gave her when they were dating.”
The Toxic singer’s former husband Kevin Federline is apparently the one person against her reunion with Adnan Ghalib. “Kevin is clear about one thing, though,” the insider stated. “If Britney goes to Adnan, she will never get back custody of the kids, and she can forget about ever taking them travelling with her,” the insider added.

Britney Spears: ‘What the Hell Was I Thinking?’

In an upcoming documentary, pop star Britney Spears gets up close and personal about her much-publicized erratic behavior.
“I sit there and I look back,” the troubled singer says in the 90-minute film, tentatively titled For the Record, produced in partnership with MTV. “I’m a smart person, what the hell was I thinking?”
In a video clip from the TV special, the former pop princess talks about her tumultuous past: her divorce from Kevin Federline, forced hospitalizations for psychiatric evaluations, and loss of custody of her two sons. “I’ve been through a lot in the past two or three years, and there’s a lot that people don’t know,” she says.
“Sometimes I think I get kind of lonely because you don’t open the gate up that much, you know I mean?” she adds. “You’re guarded. You have to be that way, so I’m kind of stuck in this place and it’s like: How do you deal? And you just cope, and that’s what I do. I just cope with it, every day.”
The MTV documentary is set to air on November 30th, 2008, two days before the release of her much-anticipated album, “Circus.”

Britney Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline are reportedly undergoing couple’s counseling in the hopes of getting back together, according to the National Enquirer.
The tabloid reveals that the pair wants to rebuild their relationship and fall back in love. A source told the magazine:
“Part of their therapy involves going on formal dates and Britney is so excited. She’s never stopped loving Kevin or hoping they’d get back together. Kevin still loves Britney too and if all goes well after six months of counseling they’ll move back in together with the boys.”
“Britney’s dad first talked to Kevin about reconciling with her last spring. He was really noncommittal at the time because he and Britney were still at odds over custody. But Kevin’s always believed it would be best for the boys to be raised by both parents, and he and Jamie spent weeks looking for a counselor who suited both his and Britney’s personalities and could come to their homes.”
Spears, 26, and 30-year-old Federline married in 2004, but their marriage ended just two years later.

Pop princess Britney Spears was spotted showing off her killer bikini body on the sunny shores of Mexico over the weekend.
The “Toxic” star and a mystery man appeared to be enjoying each other’s company as they took in the beauty of Cabo San Lucas.
An onlooker tells the Daily Mirror newspaper, “Britney looked great in her bikini. She was having a whale of a time with this bloke (man), they seemed close.”
The beach outing comes just days after Britney Spears agreed to a custody settlement with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline. In the settlement, Federline retains full custody of their young sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, and will receive approximately $20,000-a-month in child support.

Britney Spears Gets More Time With Sons

Pop princess Britney Spears has been granted expanded visitation rights with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, in a child-custody hearing Tuesday in Los Angeles.
The troubled singer’s parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, released the following statement after the hearing, “We are so pleased with Britney’s progress, and we are appreciative of the court’s recognition of this progress.”
While there were no changes in custody rights, Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said at a press conference that Britney’s time with the boys will be “more than it has been,” but he would not elaborate.
According to TMZ, The pop star will get three days supervised visitation a week and visitation on Mother’s Day.
Kaplan added, “The court made orders today, they were orders that the parties were able to mostly agree to. It represents a cautious step moving forward.
“We are seeing signs of [Britney’s] progress, and consistency over time is something welcome by Kevin … The children are doing great.”
The next progress hearing is scheduled for July 15th.

A family friend tells Life & Style magazine that KFed is calling Britney his “lady” and the pop star is ending phone calls by telling him that she loves him.
The source says, “It’s such a huge change. It hasn’t been like this between them in forever.”

Kevin Federline celebrated his 30th birthday Friday with a bash at Las Vegas’ Pure nightclub.
The famous baby daddy was joined by ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson and The Pussycat Dolls, who sang Kevin a saucy rendition of “Happy Birthday” as Shar snuggled close to her ex. “They looked like a couple again,” a spy told the Daily News.
