Kim Kardashian Being Sued By Ray J’s Mother

The mother of Ray J has filed a lawsuit against his ex-sex-tape partner Kim Kardashian, after she allegedly committed credit card fraud.

Ray J’s mother, Sonja Norwood, claims that the badonky socialite abused the use of a credit card given to her to make “one (and only one)” purchase.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is accused of making unauthorized purchases and giving the credit card to other members of her family, who also made unauthorized purchases, which ran up debts of $120,635 in 2006 and 2007.

The suit also claims that thousands of dollars from unauthorized payments were charged in two Kardashian family-owned clothing stores, Dash and Smooch.

Sonja is seeking the return of the money plus 10 percent interest.

However, Kim has denied the allegations, insisting she and her siblings had Norwood’s permission to make the purchases.

She says, “We have her signature on all items.”

It’s still unclear why Sonja didn’t cancel the card after spotting the “unauthorized” transactions.

Amateur Porn Star Ray J Banned From Christmas Parade

Officials in Jackson, Mississippi, will no longer allow R&B singer Ray J to participate in the city’s annual Christmas parade on Saturday, because of his sex tape past.

Ray J and his sister, singer/actress Brandy Norwood, were supposed to star in the event, but parade organizers had second thoughts.

A press release sent out on Tuesday confirmed the brother and sister duo would both be guests of honor at the festive event.

But organizer Carolyn Redd now claims the press release was inaccurate and Ray J will not be participating as the event’s Grand Marshall because of his 2003 sex tape scandal with socialite Kim Kardashian.

Jackson Mayor Frank Melton, who is a family friend of the Norwood’s, says, “I assure you he will be with me, not in the Grand Marshall car with Brandy.”

That’s what Ray J’s trifling ass gets! He should have never put his penis on camera!

Brandy Close To Escaping Criminal Charges

A usually greasy Brandy could ease her way out of criminal charges in relation to a fatal car crash in 2006, because prosecutors have less than a month remaining to legally press charges.

The slippery singer was involved in a four-car accident which killed mother-of-two Awatef Aboudihaj in Los Angeles on December 30th last year, but unless the L.A. City Attorney’s Office finds enough evidence to charge her before the first anniversary of the crash, Brandy will escape prosecution.

Bill Sayed, lawyer for the victim’s husband, Marouane Hdidou, insists the authorities must act quickly.

He tells TMZ, “There is a death and obviously reckless driving involved, which is enough evidence for an involuntary manslaughter charge. As to why the City Attorney has taken this long? I think we would all like to know. Brandy continues to live life with really no negative results … doing what Brandy is doing … as if though nothing has occurred here.”

Brandy was driving her brand new Range Rover northbound on the 405 Freeway in L.A. when traffic in front of her slowed down. She then hit Aboudijah’s car, which swerved to the left and was hit by another vehicle before crashing into the center divider. Awatef died in the hospital eight hours later from massive internal bleeding.

Now that’s what I call celebrity justice!
