Malia & Sasha Obama have been invited to guest star on Miley Cyrus’ hit television series Hannah Montana.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Miley’s father and co-star Billy Ray Cyrus said that President-elect Barack Obama’s daughters could appear on an episode of the popular Disney channel show in the near future.

“They probably will. The invitation is there,” Billy Ray told the celebrity TV show. “You know the ‘Hannah Montana’ film comes out in April. Maybe something might happen around then.”

And the teen sensation Miley Cyrus can’t wait, saying, “I think that would be really cool… They could see what we do and we could hear about what they do.

“They are kind of like me before I started my own career. You are kind of put in it because their dad and because of my dad, so I would want it to be normal and they could come hang out on the set with normal girls. I think that would be fun for them.”

Miley Cyrus doesn’t turn sixteen until November 23rd, but that didn’t stop her parents from shutting down Disneyland and charging people $250 each to attend the teen sensation’s birthday party on October 5th.

The Disneyland bash, dubbed “Miley’s Sweet 16 — Share the Celebration,” was attended by 5,000 people, including David Archuleta, Steve Carell, Cindy Crawford, Jennie Garth, Tyra Banks and Jennifer Love Hewitt.

The “Hannah Montana” star performed four songs at the star-studded event, as well as a duet with her country singer father Billy Ray Cyrus. Miley lovingly donated a portion of the proceeds to Youth Service America (YSA), an organization that encourages young people to volunteer.

“I always love coming to Disneyland but celebrating my birthday here with my family, friends and the kids from YSA is really awesome! This is a night I’ll never forget,” the birthday girl said. “The best part of the party is we’re going to recognize some really cool kids from Youth Service America who are giving back to their community.”
