Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Are Planning A Nursery

Mariah Carey and new husband Nick Cannon have sparked rumors they’re set to start a family, after reports surfaced the newlyweds are already planning a nursery.

According to the New York Daily News newspaper, the pop diva’s assistant called L.A.’s exclusive Petit Tresor baby boutique to talk about preparing for a new addition.

A source said that the assistant asked the store if they could send fabric samples and if its designers could work with the theme of - you guessed it - butterflies!

The Petit staff is now sending the pair pictures of the nursery they just finished for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s twins.

However, despite the preparations, the Touch My Body singer’s manager, Benny Medina, insists the 38-year-old is not pregnant.
