Actor Terrence Howard is featured on the cover of the April/May 2008 issue of Giant Magazine.

In the cover story, The Iron Man star gets his last action hero on and talks about saving people from lust and the fear of gay behavior, amongst other things.

Socialite Paris Hilton and boyfriend Benji Madden were swarmed by paparazzi while leaving a restaurant in the Czech Republic.

The hot couple created a media frenzy after dining in a local restaurant in Prague’s famous Staromestska Square on Sunday.

As they exited the eatery, a nasty fight broke out amongst rival photographers, who were clamoring to take the hotel heiress’ picture.

Unfortunately, Paris Hilton took a tumble while trying to escape the paparazzi. She suffered a bruised chin.

Jessica Simpson Hospitalized With Kidney Infection

Jessica Simpson has been hospitalized at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a “minor kidney infection,” her rep confirms to The Derrty Truth.

She was admitted Friday and “has left the hospital and is doing fine,” her rep tells The Derrty Truth.

The “Newly Weds” star checked into the hospital because “she had a fever and it seemed important to get it treated,” her rep explains.

Ms. Simpson is currently working on a country album, which will be released later this year, and we can’t wait to see the results.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has been so unsuccessful at keeping her New Year’s resolution to “lose five pounds” that she’s hired a personal trainer.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians starlet had to admit that three months into the New Year, her diet isn’t getting any better.

She told People.com, “It’s so hard to eat well because I love so many unhealthy foods. I just can’t stop eating junk. It’s awful!”

The shapely socialite is now relying on daily physical activity to meet her weight loss goal.

She said, “I’ve got a personal trainer who keeps me active.

“I work my butt and legs just about every day, and I do cardio to burn fat. I’ve actually started videotaping my workouts so I can do them on the road.

“I’m going to start selling the videos soon on my Web site so that others can do the same workout that I do.”

She added, “They’re short videos, but if you do them one right after the other, it’s a really good workout.”

The curvy beauty also credited her boyfriend, Reggie Bush, for keeping her confidence high as she tries to achieve her goal.

She said, “He doesn’t care what I eat. He loves me just the way I am.”

R&B star Kelly Rowland has refused to give up her gas guzzling SUV.

The former Destiny’s Child singer was recently quoted as saying that “green” cars don’t “look fun”.

Kelly also admitted that she is frequently made to feel bad about the environment, but she still loves her “baby,” or at least until Range Rover engineers develop a stylish hybrid she can bring home to Texas.

She says, “I prefer a big truck like a Range Rover. I drive one when I’m at home. I’m totally a Texas girl at heart. Put me in a cowboy hat behind the wheel of a massive truck and I’m happy.

“Driving a truck has been my dream since I was a little girl. My car’s like a baby, it means everything to me. I think about her every day.

“My sister’s hugely into environmental stuff, and she gives me a lot of heartache about it. She’s got a Lexus Hybrid car but that thing doesn’t look fun. When Range Rover makes a hybrid I’ll go green. Until then, my apologies to Planet Earth.”

A movie insider revealed: “Ashley’s appearance has been so dramatically altered, producers want to include the surgery in the storyline for ‘High School Musical 3: Senior Year’ to explain her character Sharpay Evans’ new look.”

The eagerly awaited new album by Amy Winehouse is being described as “suicidal”, according to The Sun.

Amy is currently working on her third studio album with producer Mark Ronson, but has allegedly become extremely unsociable due to a highly-contagious skin infection.

An insider revealed: “Her next album is darker than ever.

“Amy’s got low self-esteem anyway but her skin has made her want to hide away from the rest of the world. And we have started noticing more and more cuts on her arms.

“Her problems are pushing her over the edge and she’s turning into a depressed recluse. It’s not good for her to stay in so much.

“People try to get her to leave the house and tell her not to worry about what people say. But she’d rather sit around her dingy flat all day writing about death.”

The insider added that Amy has written most of her Back to Black follow-up already.

“[The new album] is very, very dark but she produces some of her best music when she’s in pain - and the past few months have been hell for her.

“She might have all this fame and wealth but she’s never been so down as she is now.”

However, Chris Brown is sick of the claims, and told reporters on Saturday, “We’re not in a relationship or anything,” before making his way inside the slime-filled ceremony.

Socialite Kim Kardashian is happy to talk about her relationship with boyfriend Reggie Bush, but he’s not happy about all the attention.

The star of E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians tells SI.com’s Jimmy Traina, “He hates the paparazzi, but he’s such a big part of my life that you can’t not be on the show if you’re in my life.”

She adds, “We try to be super low key. We know if we go to an event, we’re gonna be photographed, but he’ll still say ‘ugh, I don’t want to go.’”

Besides that, she says, “He really only gets annoyed when we’re out and about and we get followed.”

Well, Reggie Bush should have thought about that before he tried to turn a reality TV “ho” into a housewife. When will these fools learn?
