Jay-Z’s New Year’s Eve plans have been put on hold after his new Las Vegas club failed to pass a health and safety inspection.
The hip-hop mogul was hoping to ring in the New Year at the latest branch of his exclusive 40/40 club, but the Sin City venue might not see the light of day after this unexpected setback.
A source says, “Unless Jay-Z and his team miraculously come up with certain licenses and certificates by Sunday, then they won’t be able to go on with their New Year’s Eve party plans.”
If the new 40/40 club is unable to open as planned, Jay-Z will have to refund all tickets to the club’s grand opening.
