A windswept Jessica Simpson, who is in New York to promote her latest shoes and handbag collection at Macy’s in Herald Square, still manages to look chic in a leopard-print trench coat and knee-high cowgirl boots as she leaves a restaurant in Soho on Saturday.

Now that’s how a bimbo is supposed to look!
